Help: Enter,Backspace and Shift are crazy [Closed]

Hello,

I have a ultrabook Toshiba protege.
When i press the backspace the Windows is loging off, when i press shift the window is maximized and the internet code is shown, when i press enter i dont know what is the action, but does not work.
I did a factory reset, but the problem was not solves.

Anyone knows how to solve this?
