Samsung Laptop flickering so bad

Hello,
My Samsung Laptop, 1year old is flickering so badly. Refresh is 60hz and cannot change. I uninstalled display card and re-installed. No change. When off and restart the flickering will be slow and after 1 min it goes crazy. What can I do. I am so fed up. Thx for any help
