Excel Picture Inserting Macro

Hello,
I found the forum on how to insert a picture into Excel with a macro by Rizvisa and it does exactly what I want. However; I'm new to VBA code and can you tell me what part of the code refers to cells B2 (where the file name reference is) and A2 (where the pictures start to load in at). I need to have my start points for the two cells to be different locations. Any help would be much appreciated.
