Conditional replication of cell data

I am using Excel 2013
I am using a spreadsheet for a TO DO list.
The column headings are:
"Item" (with rows numbered from 1, 2....)
"Task Description" (row entries are free format text),
"Due date" (row entries are free format text);
"Priority" (row entries are selected from a drop-down menu, with options: high, medium, low, [blank])
"Remarks" (row entries are free format text)

I want to replicate each HIGH priority (only) table entry (complete row) at a different location, eg above the TO DO list.
