Auto Fill Form?

Hello,

I have a spreadsheet on which I have formulas for all my recipes. I have a column that I enter the amount of each recipe I want to mix. I have formulas in columns that tell me which ingredients I need and the amounts for each of those.

I also have a spreadsheet/form that I need to print and manually write all of the ingredients and amounts for each recipe. I would like for this to auto fill with each of the recipes I have to mix from my first spreadsheet.

Any idea where to begin?
