A Macro to repopulate a row into a new row based on the response

Hello,

I would like a macro that would repopulate a new row based on the results of a cell within that row.

Example:
Project A Completed
Project B Not Completed

As Project B was not completed, macro would automatically populate "Project B" on line 3.

Project A Completed
Project B Not Completed
Project B
