Entering a range of data in an IF formula

Hello, I am trying to write a formula where: if any of the values in colum B are equal to the values in column M, then an email address in N1 will populate if true, and an email address in N2 if false. The formual I tried was: =IF(B:B=M:M, $N$1, $N$2) This is not working. What am I missing?
