Cs 1.6 malfunctioning after uninstall and re install

HI,
MY CS 1.6 IS not working properly when i re installed it again after uninstalling. the graphic display is realy very bad. my right hand weapon is not working even i tryied it to change to right hand using console command cl_righthand 1.please help me regarding this issue
