Compare Common names

Hello,

I have a excel sheet in which I want to highlight any time there is a common name between the two columns. the problem is naming is different in both the columns. for ex : columns A has Amritpal Singh yadav and column B has Singh Amritpal. Can you please help me how can i figure out the names which are common in both the columns. There are 9000 lines to check.
