I have an ipod 3rd or 4th, (no touch screen) generation. Im not sure which one it is but it is stuck on a blank white screen and when i turn it on, it beeps twice. Ive tried numerous ways to fix it but nothing helps. Some people say to hold the home button, volume up button and power but my ipod doesnt have a power button, home or a volume button so i dont know what to do. I can hear the wheel ticking when i touch it and can still listen to music, but i cant see anythink on my ipod because of the white screen. Please help!
