Find and remove duplicates between two cells multiple times

I have a very long list that is broken into various length sections. Each section starts with the same phrase. I want to select the cells in each section, including the phrase at the beginning, and remove duplicates from that section. Then move on to the next section and remove duplicates from it, continuing to the end of the list.

I want to go from this:
Title of Section
Dog
Dog
Cat
Cat
Man
Man
Title of Section
Apple
Apple
Orange
Orange
Orange

To this:
Title of Section
Dog
Cat
Man
Title of Section
Apple
Orange

Can anyone help me with this?
