I've been trying to recover my Hotmail account for some months now. Nothing has worked. I have filled out the recovery form countless time, provided personal information and contact details. I have put in a query, elevated the query, and repeated that process half a dozen times.
At first they send me back the recovery forms. However, it has now been so long that none of the answers match with 'recent activity' criteria of the automatic accuracy checker. The last two times I have simply not heard back from the support team. They have rudely candled my tokens without so much as a word of explanation.
There is no number I can call to talk to a real person. As my school notes from the first half of the year are back up in my emails and it is not exam time, it is becoming increasingly urgent.
Does anyone have any idea how I can proceed in the face of this extraordinarily terrible customer service?
