Recovery Disk for Gateway.

So I'm try to do a recovery on my Gateway Laptop (NE56R41u) and the first time I ran the disks it went through only i got to the second disk and I had a box pop up and it was like the laptop froze on me so I turned off the laptop and turned it back on and tried the disks again only when I get to the second disk it tells me i have insufficient space on the disk. I keep running it and its the same Insufficient space so I don't know what to do from here. I called gateway to get help and they just tell me I have to pay a fee to talk to someone about it. So if anyone could help me soon that would be really great.
