My mob no. was lost than provide Facebook id. I fogot my pasword

Sir.. I'm using Facebook last 5 years. My Facebook account was hacked , and i'm asked to give my confirmation code but the number i have given on fb was lost so i am unable to regain my account so please help me out.. This is my lost no..and old no.... deleted by moderator I'm can't use this number .because it's lost
