Need Help making Rows move from one Sheet to another dynamically

Hello! Here's what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to make a dynamic spreadsheet workbook that has sheets based on project with a roll-up summary page. So what that means is that I want to add a task (a column) with a due date (another column) and have that whole row copy from sheet for Project 1 to the To Do List main page if that date in Due Date is 7 days from this current date or sooner and be removed from Project 1. Ideally, then when I set the progress for that task to 100% (Progress is another column) it would sent the row back to the Project 1 sheet. I've been reading lots of excel help sights, but all my attempts to use others code isn't really working. Can anyone help me or at least tell me where to start?
