Multiple lines copy marco technic [Closed]

Hello,

I have a little complex excel work to be done in my office. I will explain you below. It would be very great help if it clicks in your mind.

I have around 100 lines(columns) of data in 20 row of data. In one of the line, we will be having counts of line to be created below and after the 100 lines. Those counts will vary like 2 to 100 counts.

For example.
asdf asdf 36
asdf asdf 37
asdf asfd 46

So as we see in the third row, I need to copy the first line 35 times(one is already counted above) after the all the above data.

Hope you help me with this in giving me a superb answer.
