I am putting together a spreadsheet to track work orders and I would like to know if it is possible to have the spreadsheet send an automatic email to notify the customer when the work order status changes. I would like the email to go to the POC that is listed on the same line and let them know what the new status is. For example, if I have a work order for Joe Smith at ABC Corp that goes from Received to In Process, I would like to send an email automatically that says, "Dear Joe Smith, Your work order status is In Process as of 06/18/2015." Is this possible? I'm pretty proficient at Excel but don't understand coding enough to work this out myself.
