Sony Vaio SVD13219PGB Audio Drivers Stopped

Hello,


I've been going through this off/on for a year. I've downloaded and installed the latest Realtek Audio driver (EP0000317091 (1)), but it doesn't work. Rebooting used to work, but NO. None of the solutions in this thread didn't work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
