Lose phone and cant login

Hi guys!
Well...I lose my phone and I usually login at my account using second steps to acess my gmail: I received a code and than I can login...but without my phone I just cant do it! Im tired to explain it.to google...I did all the recovery possibilities...but some questions I just dont know...come on who knows when used gmail for first time, man? No one does...I propose to send.some documents...google doesnt accept it. I just dont know what more can I do to recovery my account...almost considering a hacker help...but Im trying to do it legaly.
