My computer's network is not working

I have had this stupid issue for 2 whole months.
This stupid software called malwarebytes screwed up my laptops internet.
I have tried lots of things, even windows defender. Nothing worked.
I have windows 8. Can someone help please if possible?
Should i format my computer, or sell it and get a new one?
I possibly believe this happened on april 27th, 2015.
