Auto Formatting [cell range] in multiple workbooks & sheets AD

Greetings Team,

I need kind assistance to help creating a macro that can help my team in formatting their worksheets on 10s and 100s of workbooks in following manner. This will save their time and efforts:

- The workbooks are kept on a predefined specific folder.
- There is a possibility of single of more than one [Work-books] kept in this folder.
- There is a possibility of single of more than one [Work-sheets] kept in this folder.
- The Headings should be

Note: It would be a great help if these functions are written in such a manner that by simply commenting before any of the functions on code, they are disabled, and rest can Run/Perform normally.

Functions required:
- Headings [in a range] to be in bold
- The cells [including headings] are bordered
- The Headings are colored as defined
- The contents in cells are aligned:
-- Alphas Left Justified
-- Numerals Right Justified
-- Alpha Numerals Left Justified
-- Cells containing Only Numbers [Non Coma separated. money or amount] should have leading zeros of [10 digits].

I hope that this is not much demanding and easily solvable. The assistance on the above request would be highly appreciated.
