I can't log in

I cant log in my fb acc since 2wks agos.
Last 2 wks agos,fb asked me to identify.
I followed identify steps & recovered my acc.Next evening;fb asked me to identify again and i also did the similar steps & giving same photo !!
And then ; fb said "Thank u.we can't verify ur acc. we review the additional documents."
What was wrong ????
I tried so many ways to recover & fail !!!
Plz help me.
