Wierd Keybord Bindings From Nowhere

Hello, I own a Gaming Keyboard. Once i downloaded a file that i shouldn't. Now when i press "Delete" my file doesn't delete. It starts to search for things that you can type in and than types "XxxCecky" that's it.. I tryed to search a solution but found nothing. I reinstalled my keybord nothing. I reinstalled windows NOTHING. I tryed virus scans, also NOTHING. and now when i press INS it types my password to all my accounts.. (i changed my passwords duh) And i don't know what to do. I would be very thankfull if you could help me. Sorry if my english has some holes in it but i am not from a english speaking country :) Thank you.
