Compare filename1 sheet1 with filename2

Hi all,
i need help, i want to compare filename1 sheet1 with filename2 sheet and result in filename3 sheet as pass or fail. filename1 sheet1 insert 2 columns and look for data from column b cells5, lookup in filename2 . copy text from filename2 sheet1 and paste in filename1 in inserted column and compare the two data and result in the file3
