Asus D550M won't turn back on.

Hello,
I accidentally spilled something on my top and I got a towel to clean it up and in the processes, I hit the sleep button by accident, and now it won't turn back on. I tried pressing the power button but that didn't work. And it doesn't have a battery pack. I really hope someone can help me.
