Key doesn't work...

Hello, Brother Good evening,
I had a problem.. In my Hasee laptop..The problem was "d"this key doesn't work after I change my win is 7/ ultimate.. But that key work properly before Change is...pls gvn solution for this problem... And another problem was when we open laptop my password page open..the password box auto filled ..how to solve this...
