PC screen issue

Hello,

My ACER Pc displays nothing on the screen when power is switched on with light blue light. The CD room also indicates green light and the fans are operational too. I need your help on solving this problem. I'll be greatly relieved from the stress I am going through now and will feel so grateful for the help
