Scroll on touchpad doesn't work

i am using a Toshiba Satellite C840 1011R. i have a problem about using Synaptics

Touchpad V7.2. everytime i open my laptop, the scroll doesnt work. i have to go to

the control panel every time to activate it. i even used the "FN+F5" buttons but it

also doesn't work. please help me solve this. thanks a lot and more power!!
