Keyboard works only in the bios

I have a lenovo laptop flex 2-14. The keyboard works only in the bios. Perform recovery windows as manufactured but still have the same problem. While installing windows keyboard does not work, only works in the bios. The mouse does not work either. I can do ?. Thank you very much.
