Facebook suspend please help

Hello,

My facebook has been suspend and it demand me to did following of :

Text a security code to your phone
Log in from a browser you have used before
Identify photos of friends (hourly limit exceeded)

My number stop using long time.
Browser i used before was dead through my hard drive..
identify photo of firneds, i don't remember all of them because some friends just add me i just confirm and i really don't know who they are?

How can we make facebook to send code to my e mail that i configured in this account?
