All my shortcuts are corrupted

I had some troyans and i deleted them with antivirus , but now all my shortcuts are tranfering me to internet and start downloading something. This is URL when i run 1 shortcut file:///C:/Users/DADA/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/Internet%20Explorer/Quick%20Launch/User%20Pinned/TaskBar/Google%20Chrome.lnk

Can this problem be fixed? And does any1 know how to help me? TY
