Connected but no network access

Hello help me please
my acer netbook windows 7 is connected on my pocket wifi(tatoo globe pocket wifi) but even it is connected I can't browse any site when i click troubleshoot it says the problem is because there is a conflict in configuration but i can use the internet before but now i cant browse and there is a yellow exclamation point beside the icon please someone help me i really need to fix this because i used my netbook for my studies.
