Help resetting Gateway desktop in troubleshooting menu

Hi, I have an Gateway SX2110G-UW24 Desktop computer with Windows 8 on it. A few days back I factory reset the computer and started off fresh. Then one time I tried to log in and the Windows tile screen and desktop screen was not performing well. I decided to restart it but when I did it said it was doing an automatic repair but couldn't repair it ever since. It lets me go into the blue troubleshooting screen, but all the options (Refresh your PC, Reset your PC, System Restore, System Image Recovery, and Automatic Repair) say that there was an issue and that it was unable to do it.

I have no problem with factory resetting the computer again, but I am unable to do so. Can anyone please help me try to? Thank you.
