Sony Vaio keyboard locked

Hello,
My Sony Vaio locked my keyboard but works with a wireless mouse.
Here at Best Buy Geek Squad everybodi is trying to help , refreshing the lap top etc but nothig seems to bring the keyboard back to normal

Please help
