Matching cells in which only certain strings of text are equal

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find a way to use excel to match two columns of information.

The problem is that those two columns do not contain the exact same information.

We can have: Cat - Dog - Pet in one cell of one of the columns and Dog, House, Tree in the next column.

For the purpose of my work, these two are a match but I don't know how to use excel to tell me that they match.

Any ideas?
