Taskbar icon's menu display

Hello,

I've received a new computer and got some issue with the taskbar icon's menu, as you can see :


I've already try to do this :
- Change the display size of text and other things.
- Check processor's and graphic card's drivers
- Use an other display resolution

Configuration
- Windows 8.1
- Processor : intel Core i7-5500U
- Graphic Card : GeForce GTX 950M
- 8Go of RAM
- 16/9 FullHd (1920*1080)
