PC footy game with Custom teams??

HI all

Anyone remember the old sensible soccer?? well i still use it as i have my own league. I use the custom teams so i can put all my teams in the league.

As its getting a bit dated now (plus the fact it keeps freezing even though using windows xp on another computer for it), i am looking for a more modern game or alternative. I need the 64 slots for custom teams with the ability to play pc v pc.

Any suggestions?
