It doesn't work...

Hello, my name is aly and my PS3 started to let me play it at first then all of a sudden it froze and now it doesn't go farther than when it asks "Do you wish to overwrite this profile?" And I click no but then it asks me again until I say yes and when I do it just freezes but you can still hear music in the background. Somebody please help me. Thank you for reading this.
