Windows 10 Not Working/Issues

So, I have recently upgraded my Windows 8.1 HP Envy x360 Touchsmart to Windows 10. Well, here are some issues I have encountered.
1. My taskbar wont work. I am not able to open my start menu, or File explorer. I am also unable to search anything in the "Search the web and Windows".
2. My touchscreen has stopped working. I noticed on Google that I am unable to navigate with touchscreen. It will move my cursor but I am not able to click on anything or scroll.

I would rather get rid of Windows 10 rather than fix it. The only way I know of how to uninstall it is through going into the start menu, which my laptop has the apparent disability of doing.
