Windows ten upgrade just crashed my laptop .. Screen busts blink

Hello,
What huge mistake to upgrade .. Did everything supposed to do ., everything looks great then icon cursers just spins round and round and my old desk top page just blinks on and off can't click on anything can't do restore .. Any suggestions? Before I call and curse out Microsoft
