Convert text paragraph to excel columns


i have few pdf files that needed to be entered to excel columns. i have worked on a html software at my last work that could convert it to notepad and then i can tell it to find "next number" after a certain phrase etc and direct it to a column in excel file.

could someone help with doing something similar. all documents from same source are similar in nature and i store them in seperate folders. my text file would look like following
