Problem installing Win7

Hello,
I want to downgrade lenovo 20424 windows 8.1 to windows 7. but my pc is support only usb flash driver and i burn image of windows 7 on usb flash and when i boot up my pc loads windows 7 file.But after few minutes or after i click install button it displays "load driver " error


Please help me
