Can't connect to Internet except Microsoft Edge

After installing Windows 10, my Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are not able to connect to Internet but Microsoft Edge is working. I don't know what happened on it. I have reinstalled both browsers but both were not working.

1. Mozilla Firefox is not connecting to Internet although I have reinstalled.
2. When I wanted to install Google Chrome, 'Connecting to Internet' is shown in the installer but didn't run at all.

I hope someone can help me because I have faced this for a long time and couldn't fix it.
