How do i disable fn keys on windows 10?

Im a big gamer on pc and most games i need to use the fn keys like f1 and so on but i cant find out anyway to disable it i tried the f10 thing and pressing fn+f2 but still nothing works can someone help me out?
EDIT: i forgot to mention im on a lenovo laptop
