Hello,I have a "DELL Inspiron 15" laptop.Yesterday I upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1.The problem is that when I switch on my computer after this upgrading the DELL logo appears and then the blue welcome page appears but afterwards a gray empty screen appears and after some minutes a message appears sayig:"Activate Windows,Go to PC settings to activate Windows."I can not go to PC settings because the usual procedure does not respond.I would be very grateful if you could help me,thanks.
