My acer spire e15 touch turn on

Hello,

I have an acer aspire e15 touch that I use strictly for schoolwork and have been for the last week but now today it won't turn on. The charger has been plugged in for hours and the battery light is blue (fully charged) and when I press the on/off button that blue light comes on and fan kicks in but turns off right away. Sometimes the screen will light up but also turns off right away. This does not have a removable battery and is less than a year old. Any help would be very much appreciated as I have school tomorrow and all week and need to write my papers and do my homework.
