After install windows 10 my laptop didn't work

Hello,



I installed Windows 10, and when finishes the screen start to flicker and all icons are flashing as Christmas tree.
None of the icons respond to the mouse or any other key, technically looks like a virus.
I have restarted several times the laptop but doesn't work, it is ok when I log on and when the desktop appears start to flick.

Any suggestion to do, I hope my data is still there.

if you know how can I get support directly from Windows I will appreciate.
