Windows Doesn't Make it Past Logo [Closed]

My PC doesn't make it to the login screen; it doesn't make it past the Windows logo and the screen goes blank. I read that it may be a corrupt video driver and that I should boot in safe mode and delete the drivers. I try booting in safe mode but my keyboard nor mouse works in the login screen but my keyboard worked to select the safe mode option. Any help appreciated.
