How to reference Excel information onto other sheets

Hi,

I have imputed all the information onto excel sheet 1, now I need to consolidate all the information from this sheet onto another excel sheet 2. I need to pull data from excel sheet 1 onto excel sheet 2 based on project locations so that they can generate a monthly total.

Excel sheet 1 shows all the data based on what is reference on the invoice excel sheet 2 needs to be consolidated based on project locations and dates how can this be done?

I really hope I'm being understood.
