Blue light shock and now it won't turn on

I built a computer and it worked for a few months, but one day i touched the metal part on the back when i was trying to move it while it was on. It turned off. and there was a blue light flash. It doesn't turn back on, but the motherboard still has a green light. I'm pretty sure that something is fried but i don't know what.
